Brittany is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2023.
Brittany has experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, and relationship concerns.
Brittany’s focus is to establish a warm, empathic environment and tailor treatment to the individual needs of the client. She strives to provide conditions for personal growth, while empowering clients to recognize their strengths and learn skills to achieve lasting change. She utilizes a person-centered approach and integrates a variety of evidenced-based modalities into treatment, including Cognitive Behavior therapy and mindfulness techniques.
