Rachel Donnary is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Stockton University.

During her Master’s program, she worked with both adults and adolescents who were facing substance use and co-occurring disorders. Rachel then transitioned to a Partial-Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient level of care before joining the Calm and Sense Therapy team. 

Rachel has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are struggling with their life transitions, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, and substance use.

Rachel has worked with both active and inactive veterans during her time counseling, and she has a special interest in continuing this work.

Rachel is proficient in ASL and would love to use it in any client relationship as needed. Her approach is client-centered, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
