Brittany is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. 

Brittany has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. She also specializes in working with couples, guiding them to transform their relationships by understanding attachment patterns, deepening emotional intimacy, and building secure, lasting bonds. 

With a warm, empathetic approach, Brittany creates a safe, supportive space for personal growth and healing.

She tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, empowering them to explore their strengths and develop the skills necessary for lasting change.

Her therapeutic style is rooted in a person-centered philosophy and incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
