Amanda Rutzler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. She received both her Bachelor and Master degree in Social Work from Stockton University.
Amanda’s specialties include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management. Amanda also has experience in the areas of postpartum, grief/loss, trauma, substance abuse, panic disorder, and OCD. Amanda utilizes a strengths-based and client-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, personal growth and development, and is familiar with DBT. Amanda recently received her certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional, and is currently working towards her Perinatal Mental Health Certification.
Amanda provides each client with a safe, judgement-free space where they can express themselves. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual client by focusing on their personal goals and supporting what they want to achieve. Amanda assists the client in overcoming barriers, exploring difficulties, and working towards positive change.
