Amanda Rutzler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She received both her Bachelor and Master degree in Social Work from Stockton University.
Amanda’s specialties include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management. Amanda is also knowledgeable is the areas of post-partum, grief/loss, trauma, substance abuse, and panic disorder. Amanda utilizes a strengths-based, client-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and is familiar with DBT.
Amanda provides each client with a safe, judgement-free space where they can express themselves. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual client by focusing on their personal goals and supporting what they want to achieve. Amanda assists the client in overcoming barriers, exploring difficulties, and working towards positive change.
