Lily Enos
Earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University in 2023, Lily has worked with a variety of clients individually and in couples and family settings. Lily values a professional yet casual approach to therapy, believing in the importance of the client-clinician relationship.
As a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey, Lily has supported clients presenting with circumstances such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family challenges and other major life transitions.
Utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Existential Therapy, Lily strives to provide personalized care tailored to each individual client.
Outside of the counseling space, Lily is an avid music nerd and a devoted mother to her pet cat, Sock.
