Kelly Klikus is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey and is currently working toward full licensure as an LPC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Douglass College, Rutgers University, in New Brunswick. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School.
As a former teacher, she has experience working with children, adolescents, and families. She believes in client-centered therapy and meets clients where they are on their mental health journeys. She uses CBT and DBT and is currently focusing on ACT to help clients work toward their goals.
Kelly believes in working with clients and ensuring they remain in the driver’s seat. She is a passenger, helping them navigate issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief, self-esteem, and parenting skills.
