Jessica De La Cruz is licensed by the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Master of Arts and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Pennsylvania State University. 

Jessica specializes in treating children and adolescents, but is also experienced in treating adults and couples who are struggling with Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

Jessica has experience working across various levels of care (i.e., partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient settings and general outpatient services), which has led to a dynamic therapeutic approach. She is experienced in a variety of therapeutic techniques to not only aid clients in achieving sustainable change but also enable them to become active participants in their treatment.
