Jessica Nieto is Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey, currently working toward full licensure as an LPC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University.
Jessica brings a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, navigating a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relationship dynamics. Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about affirming cultural identity, exploring family systems, and empowering clients. Above all, Jessica believes in meeting each person where they are and strives to create an empathetic and collaborative space.
