Jessica De La Cruz is licensed by the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Masters of Arts and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in human development from Pennsylvania State University.
Jessica is experienced in treating children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, depression, opposition, and post traumatic stress disorder using varying modalities of therapy such as individual, group, and family therapy as well as play therapy. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to not only aid clients in obtaining sustainable change but also to allow clients to become an active participate in their treatment. Additionally, she is currently working towards a Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) certification.
