Jarold Pradel is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the State of New Jersey working toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Jarold earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His professional experience includes working with adolescents and adults in community mental health, partial care, and counseling settings, supporting individuals with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
Jarold utilizes a Person-Centered approach while integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He believes that therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.
Jarold works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. His goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, identify their personal values, and build practical tools for managing life’s challenges. Jarold strives to meet each client where they are and empower them to make meaningful changes that align with the life they want to create.
