Janice Cassimatis is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New Jersey who received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Ramapo University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as supporting teens and adults who are struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
Janice takes a strengths-based, person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and recognizing the unique experiences they bring into therapy. She incorporates personalized strategies to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
Janice is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and experiences. Her goal is to help individuals feel understood, build their confidence, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
