
Britney is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), earning her Master’ Degree in Arts in Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Caldwell University. Britney has supported individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, career-related concerns, and life transitions.
Britney strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable identifying their strengths and working toward meaningful personal growth.
Britney incorporates techniques from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices into her counseling approach. Britney collaborates with clients to explore the stories and beliefs that shape their experiences, recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical coping strategies.
Through mindfulness and self-awareness, Britney also helps clients become more present and connected to their thoughts and emotions as they work toward positive, lasting change.
