Elizabeth Parker has been working in the mental health field since 2012. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has extensive experience across multiple levels of care, including inpatient hospitalization, detox, outpatient services, and PHP/IOP programs.
Elizabeth spent 10 years at GenPsych, where she served as Senior Program Administrator, Director of Outpatient Services, and Director of Operations. In these roles, she oversaw clinical programming, managed multidisciplinary teams, and ensured high-quality, ethical care delivery across services.
With a strong clinical foundation and comprehensive operational experience, Elizabeth brings both leadership and systems-level expertise to her work, supporting clinicians while maintaining a high standard of care for clients.
