Jillian Rentenberg is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Social Work at Rutgers University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
She has experience working with children, teens, and young adults and their families in school and crisis settings. She uses strength-based approaches to help her clients build self-esteem and confidence to treat their mental illness through effective coping skills and strategies. She uses DBT, CBT, and other therapeutic modalities that will best fit each individual client based on their needs. Her goal is to help her clients manage their mental health symptoms while creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves.
