Natasha Raza, M.A., LAC is licensed by the state of New Jersey as an Associate Counselor (LAC), as well as by New York as a mental health counselor (MHC). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and obtained her Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. Natasha joined the practice with foundational training from Weill Cornell Medical College where she focused on the treatment of substance abuse recovery and relapse prevention in an intensive outpatient setting.
Natasha is experienced in treating adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, behavioral disorders, substance abuse and relapse prevention through both group and individual therapy. She focuses on utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support the process of change and support the enhancement of one’s life satisfaction in a fashion that is collaborative, explorative, and nonjudgemental.
