Danielle Ruchaevsky is very sensitive to meeting each individual’s needs and believes in a client centered approach. She primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy and insight oriented therapy, and has had formal training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Danielle is very passionate about empowering her clients to identify their strengths and happiness so they can discover a life worth living.
Danielle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and families in various mental health settings. Danielle has experience treating a variety of issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, chronic suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, autistic spectrum disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder and parent child relational problems.
